1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
Barreto Health Care currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Drbarretostaff@mdvip.com with your order number and photos, if applicable.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our services in the future.
