Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your supplement purchase, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened and unused products in original condition.

• To request a return, please contact us at drbarretostaff@mdvip.com with your full name and order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you may ship the product back at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

• Final sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
